Sorry no pictures.

I don't have any pictures right now just because I have not downloades them yet. I just want to try to keep up on what has gone on this year. We celebrated the New Year by having Roberts brothers come down. Charles, Annette, John, Holly, Sydney, Brooklyn, and Emily all came to our house and we ate lots of yummy food. The kids went to bed and we all stayed up and played phase 10. We watched the ball drop on the tv and finshed up our game I think aroun 1:30 a.m. We had lots of fun visting.

It has been really cold here so the kids just stay inside and play. They usually are downstairs making a mess with all the toys or watching a movie. They are pretty good about playing with each other with a fight here and there, but not to often.

Brianna and Matthew are playing Jazz basketball again this year. I need to get some pictures up and posted. They have practice every wednesday night at 6 for an hour and their games are on Saturday anywhere between 9 to 5 at night. They both love playing and Matthew has gotten really good at it. Brianna is getting a lot better to, she can actually make a basket with no help. Robert and I take turns taking them to practice and Dyllon likes to go. Dyllon is excited that he will be able to play next year.

Matthew and Brianna both got their report cards this month too. Matthew got 3 A's at 2 B's. We are very proud of him and he is doing really good in school. Brianna gets graded differently since she is still in the 1st grade. They get E's for Excellent, S for Satisfactory, and I think I for improving or something like that. She got all E's and S's. Her teacher says she is a great reader also. According to what the school system says a average 1st grader starts out reading 10 words a minute and is so post to be at least 75 words per minuted by the end of the school year. Brianna started the school year reading 35 words per minute and is already reading 101 words per minute. She LOVES to read. She will go into her room and read to herself for hours. I love that she loves to read.

Robert started working in Rigby this month so he has to wake up earlier because of the commute. He actually has been getting up at 5 and working out and then I get up at 5:45 and get his lunch made and his breakfest cooked. Then I get the kids up at 6:30 to get ready for school. His job is going great and we are so very blessed that he got this job! He still needs to take the hands on test which they say should be in March.

We also started a budget system this year and it is going great. I also have made a few things out of my scrapbook paper that will help us out. I made envelopes and a Recipe holder. I will take pictures and post them. I also have made some vinyl stuff with my silhouette machine. I have just completed a 6 week menu list for our dinners also.

Everyone has been feeling great and we have lucky that we have been able to stay away from all the sickness that has been going around. Knock on wood. I hope all is well with everyone and I will get some pictures up and posted soon.

New Years Goals

This year I have a few goals that I am going to be working on. My first big goal is to organize all of my kids pictures that are on the computer and get them in a photobook. There is a website on the internet called Shutterfly and it is so cool. I am downloading all our pictures onto the site and creating photobooks for all my children. Then hopefully I can just stay caught up by scrapbooking the rest of the albums. The thing is though is that Shutterfly is so handy that I might just do all my scrapbooking online now. I am addicted. I have went through all the pictures that I have already and organized them. Now I just need to get their books put together and get them printed out.

My next goal of course is to lose more weight and keep it off. I lost 35 lbs last year and I have been able to keep it off. This year I want to lose another 30. I am a Biggest Loser fan and the season that is on telivision right now there is actually a dad and daughter couple from Shelley ID that is on it. I decided to go onto the Pound for Pound website and donate 20lbs of weight that I am going to lose by the end of May. Every pound you donate they will donate a pound of food to the food bank. I am way excited and it helps keep me motivated. We have our exercise room down stairs all set up complete with free weights, ab cirlce pro, mini trampoline, and a eliptical that we are borrowing from my parents. Robert has been getting up at 5 in the morning to exercise and I usually exercise during the day or at night. Now that Robert is going to Rigby to work I get up at 5:45 to make breakfast and his lunch.

My next goal is to get my craft area all organized. I have been going through my ribbon, beads, and scrapbook stuff and trying to get things oraganized. I have been wanting to do it for a while but have not been motivated.

The other big goal that Robert and I are doing is budgeting. We are doing the Dave Ramsey envelope system if you are familier with it. It helps us keep track of where our money goes and how much we spend. I hope all is well with everyone and that you will all have a great year this year.

Robert and I helped the kids build a really big snowman. It was great packing snow and the kids loved it!

Robert thought the snowmans head was to cold so he decided to make him a really nice hat after the family pictures. But here is Frosty!

Halloween 2010

This year was different for us. The school did not do any kind of trunck or treat and they didn't even have the pumpkin walk going during Halloween. Last year during the pumkin walk they handed out candy, but not this year. So this year we hit the neighborhood and went door to door trick or treating. I was sick with a way bad sore throat, so I drove slow and followed the kids through the neighborhood as they walked. They loved it! Matthew as a motorcycle rider!

Brianna as Cinderella!

Dyllon as a motorcycle rider!

Trip through Palisades and Jackson Wyoming

We decided to pack up the kids and go for a little drive to see the colors of Fall. We went through Palisades and then through Afton Wyoming and into Jackson. We stopped in Afton at a Gun Shop there that Robert wanted to look at. There were no good deals or anything so we bought and icecream bar and headed to Jackson. On the way there Dyllon got car sick so we had to stop and clean the Surburban out. We then went into Jackson and I went and found a cheap outfit for him to change into. It looks like a church outfit, but that was all they had on clearance. We came home through Victor and back through Swan Valley. We were going to stop to get a square ice cream cone but decided against it from the car sick experience. We did have a lot of fun though!
These pictures are backwards, sorry.
Here the kids are riding a bear. This is in Jackson Wyoming!
We had to show the kids the antlers. They thought they were so awesome!
A view from Palisades!

Matthew took a picture of Robert and I. He did a pretty good job!

Family Picture

We got our family pictures taken a while ago. I think we got alot of good ones. This is one of my favorites so I decided to share. The kids did great until at the end, they were getting a bit tired of getting their picture taken. My mom had a guy from pocatello come take them and she is going to have a book put together for us of all the family.
